SHOPPING AT THE ONLINE STORE WWW.KRAGRLICA.COM
These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the goods offered on these websites is IMAGINE NOW doo , ZAGREB, TRG KRALJA PETRA SVAČIĆA 13 (hereinafter: Kragrlica) , and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
All prices on the website www.kragrlica.com are expressed in euros. When purchasing, the prices valid on the day of the order are valid, i.e. all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid at the time of the offer or at the time of the order. The prices are valid until the new price list is processed.
The listed prices are valid only for the web shop at www.kragrlica.hr and may not be identical to other points of sale in the Republic of Croatia.
Kragrlica is authorized to change prices without prior notice, and is also authorized to change prices exclusively for the web shop. Kragrlica is also authorized to determine discounts and promotions at any time without prior notice.
REGISTRATION
The customer may or may not be registered on www.kragrlica.com in order to make a purchase. During registration, the customer is required to enter an e-mail address and a password.
ORDERING
Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered exclusively via an electronic form – the online store shopping cart. The buyer may or may not be registered on the seller's website in order to place an order. However, the buyer is required to enter contact information and addresses (own and delivery) in order to complete the order process. If the seller is unable to deliver all ordered items, it will deliver those that it can, and will notify the buyer in writing within the period communicated to the buyer after the order is placed.
PAYMENT
The buyer will pay the seller for ordered items with or without shipping costs, depending on the order amount, by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card, based on the buyer's order. Payment is possible with MasterCard, Maestro and VISA credit cards.
The order is charged only after it has been determined that the ordered products are available in the seller's online store. In the case of payment by credit card, the buyer fills out a payment form when ordering and reserves the necessary funds, and the transaction is carried out after the seller determines that the ordered products are available.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, the customer will receive a notification that the order has been received. If they chose to pay by credit card or PayPal, they will be notified in that email that the transaction (payment) has been completed.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
After recording the payment, the order is placed on the waiting list for production , which lasts up to 10 days, unless the buyer chooses the expedited production option. Delivery of goods within Croatia is carried out by GLS from Monday to Friday or via BOX NOW parcel machines. When collecting the shipment, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. Delivery of goods outside Croatia is carried out by Croatian Post.
The goods are insured against loss in delivery, and if the buyer does not receive any notification or delivery from the seller or the delivery service after 20 days from placing the order, they must notify the seller so that they can take action to find the shipment or send a replacement.
DELIVERY COST
Delivery within Croatia is charged at €3, and is free for orders over €50. The customer also has the option of expedited production without a waiting list for production, which is €5.
For orders outside Croatia, delivery is charged at €6. Orders over €80 have free delivery.
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
In accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The 14-day period begins on the day of receipt or delivery of the ordered goods. The buyer is obliged to notify the seller in writing to the e-mail address info@kragrlica.com
If the buyer has already taken over the goods and canceled the purchase, he must return the taken over goods by written notification to the seller. When returning the products, they must be unused and undamaged, and a copy of the original invoice must be attached and sent together to the sender's address.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
The seller is obliged to refund the buyer's money no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The buyer must also return ordered goods, or shipments that the buyer does not wish to accept, at his own expense.
COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
Kragrlica is responsible for the quality, that is, the actual errors of the products purchased on the web shop www.kragrlica.com.
If the buyer has any objections to the purchased products, according to Article 10, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, he has the right to send a written complaint to the seller in the following manner:

Please include your name, address, contact information, and a description of your complaint. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 14 days of receiving it.
Kragrlica is liable for material defects of purchased products in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.
REPLACEMENT
Exchange is possible only with the receipt as the only proof of purchase . All customers have the right to exchange goods. Exchange of goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. You must request an exchange via e-mail with the content “EXCHANGE: ORDER NUMBER ” from the receipt of the shipment. In the e-mail, you should explain whether you want to exchange the product for the same product or for another product from our offer. You should then return the product to our address within 2 business days of the approved request. Once we determine that the returned product is undamaged and in its original packaging, we will make a replacement. If you are exchanging the product for a product of higher value, you will first need to pay the difference to our account, and if it is of lower value, we will return the money to your account. You must bear the direct costs of exchanging the goods yourself.
TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT AND REFUND
Refunds are accepted only with the presented invoice as the only proof of purchase . The buyer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the Purchase Agreement within 14 days, counting from the day of taking over the product. The contract is terminated by a written notice of termination of the contract in such a way as to be fulfilled FORM FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT or by another unambiguous statement expressing the will to terminate the contract. The buyer is obliged to deliver the form or the aforementioned statement to the seller, by mail to the address of the seller's headquarters or by e-mail: info@kragrlica.com.
If the buyer submits an unequivocal statement via the communication options mentioned above, it is necessary to state his name, surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
If the buyer sends the form electronically, Kragrlica will notify the buyer of receipt as soon as possible. If the buyer unilaterally terminates the Purchase Agreement, he is obliged to return the delivered Kragrlica product at his own expense, to the address: IMAGINE NOW doo , Trg Kralja Petra Svačića 13, 10000 Zagreb . Kragrlica is obliged to refund the buyer no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The buyer shall also return the ordered goods, or shipments that the buyer does not wish to accept, at his own expense.
