ABOUT THE MATERIAL

What material is the jewelry made of ?

In line with our business ethics based on sustainable and slow fashion, we use natural materials such as brass, freshwater pearls, coral, seashells and semi-precious stones. Metal bases are most often made of brass, which is known for its resistance and durability. The golden color of brass will never peel or scratch because it is not a varnish or coating of gold, but a material that is golden to the core, which is created by mixing zinc and copper. There is no nickel in our brass, so even allergy sufferers can enjoy wearing jewelry.


Will the gold color wash off your jewelry like it does with gold plating?

There is no loss of surface color with brass. If you were to cut a piece of jewelry in half, you would see that it is gold-colored all over - so it cannot peel or scratch like gold plating or other jewelry that has a gold-colored finish, but the inside is, for example, silver or aluminum. That is the beauty of brass: a natural material that can last for decades, and it contains copper and zinc (both elements that our bodies need).


What is the origin of the pearls, corals and shells you use to make jewelry?

The pearls are freshwater and come from the Ohrid pearl mussel farms. The shells and corals come from the Indian Ocean. We do not use Adriatic corals, although they are available on the market - namely, they are an endangered species whose extraction is prohibited by law.

WAITING LIST

Why do you have a waiting list?

The waiting list exists due to the large number of orders we receive every day. We do not have pre-made pieces of jewelry, but rather they are prepared and finished as needed. This avoids unnecessary stockpiling of products and ensures that you receive a new piece of jewelry, prepared just for you.


How do I get on the waiting list?

After purchasing a specific product in our online store, you will receive an invoice for the payment by email and be placed on a waiting list. Due to the large number of orders, there is a seven-day waiting period for production, and after sending, you will receive a notification by email with a tracking number.

BUYING JEWELRY AS A GIFT

Is it possible to purchase a piece of jewelry that will then be sent to the address of the person I want to surprise?

Of course it is possible. All you have to do is enter the details of the person who will receive the package in the delivery address field. Once the package is sent, you will receive a notification with a tracking number by email. Don't worry about the invoice - we do not send it with the jewelry, but you will receive it in electronic form to your email address. To make the experience of the person opening the package complete, we have the option of sending beautiful illustrated cards with a birthday message. If you want this option, enter the desired text in the notes when ordering. We do this small gesture for free.


REGISTRATION

Do I need to be a registered user to make a purchase on your web shop?

It is possible to make a purchase without registration, so before completing the purchase, fill in all the fields with the necessary information.



Why do you need my phone number?

We need your phone number so that we can contact you if necessary - when delivering, returning or exchanging products.

PAYMENT METHODS

How do I pay if I have a promotional code/gift voucher?

A promotional code or gift certificate is entered before checkout for the selected items, in the code entry field. After entering the code, the total amount of items in the cart is reduced by the discount defined by the code. If additional payment is required, you then select the desired payment method - card, bank transfer or PayPal.


Is it possible to pay in installments?

We do not have the option of paying for products in installments.



I chose to pay by credit or debit card and received an e-mail saying that the funds on the card have been reserved, but the transaction has not yet been completed. What does that mean?

Until it is determined that the ordered product is actually available, the transaction will not be carried out, i.e. nothing will be charged from the card you enter when purchasing. Only when the administrator determines that the product is available will he authorize the transaction and the funds will be taken from your credit or debit card. In this way, we want to ensure that we do not charge for something that is not currently available in our web shop.



How can I pay in your web shop?

Ordered products with possible delivery costs can be paid for by bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit cards MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron via the Corvus Pay system. You will receive an order confirmation notification to your email address.


DELIVERY

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery within Croatia is €3, and for orders over €50 it is free. Delivery is €5 for all foreign countries, and orders over €80 have free delivery.

What if I am not at the delivery address when the delivery person arrives?

The courier will contact you before delivering the package, and you can change the delivery date or location. Each shipment has a tracking code that you will receive by email immediately after sending the package.



How long can I expect the ordered product to be delivered?

It takes 7 days to make. The product is usually delivered the next business day after sending.



How is delivery done?

Items ordered through our webshop are shipped via GLS courier service and usually arrive the next business day after dispatch, i.e. the moment you receive notification that the order has been shipped. Delivery via BOX NOW parcel machine is also possible.
